Koott™—the leading mental health platform for Malayalees—is looking for a Consultant Psychologist to join our team. At Koott™, you will provide expert mental health support to a diverse group of clients, helping them navigate emotional and behavioral challenges through professional guidance and evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional well-being.
- Provide therapy sessions using various evidence-based approaches.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and counselors to ensure holistic care.
- Develop and implement self-help strategies to empower clients.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in psychology and mental health practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical/Counseling).
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic methods and psychological interventions.
- Excellent communication skills to build trust and explain psychological concepts clearly.
- Ability to assess symptoms, diagnose conditions, and provide tailored treatment plans.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to mental health care.
- Experience in conducting therapy sessions online.
- Proficiency in Malayalam is a must.
