Job Summary:
We are looking for a efficient Cashier to join our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team at LTT, Kurla. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer billing, processing payments, maintaining accurate cash records, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and process orders accurately.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments.
- Maintain billing records and cash balances.
- Assist customers with queries and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
- Follow company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th/12th pass.
- Prior experience of cashier in QSR / Restaurant / Hotel / Retail preferred.
- Basic computer and POS billing knowledge.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays & Multiple Shifts
