Job Description – Telesales Executive
- Make outbound calls to potential business clients to introduce MasonMart’s services
- Explain the value proposition and generate interest among prospects
- Identify customer needs and pitch relevant solutions
- Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups or meetings
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities
- Build and manage relationships with potential and existing clients
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and activities in CRM or tracking sheets
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Handle objections confidently and close opportunities over calls
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹10,001.00 per month
