Educational Qualification
- M.Com / CA Inter
- Additional certifications in Finance or Accounting will be an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
- Prior experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services sector is required
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial transactions
- Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities
- Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making
- Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Guide, support, and supervise junior accounting staff for smooth operational functioning
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliances
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under strict deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced professional environment
