Arthy Group is looking for pro-active and detail-oriented Accountant in Chennai!!!
Key Responsibilities
- Should be able to handle multiple company accounts
- Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers and reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, expense reports and payment vouchers
- Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
- Assit in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Manage GST/TDS/VAT compliance and timely filing of returns
- Co-ordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial transactions
- Support budgeting and financial analysis activities
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Accounts field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation laws
- Good communication
