Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and manage day-to-day business operations across departments.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.
- Supervise department heads and ensure team alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of key personnel.
- Oversee project execution and ensure timely delivery within quality standards.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management and suggest improvement actions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business management tools.
