Position: Internal Auditor
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Qualification: B.Com / CA Drop-out
About the Role
Ashok Aggarwal & Co. is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits, reviewing financial and operational processes, identifying control gaps, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and internal control procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits of books of accounts, financial records, and business processes.
- Verify accounting transactions, supporting documents, and financial statements.
- Review internal controls and identify gaps, risks, and irregularities.
- Check compliance with accounting policies, statutory requirements, and established procedures.
- Perform vouching, verification, reconciliation, and analytical review of financial information.
- Identify errors, discrepancies, and potential areas of financial or operational risk.
- Prepare audit working papers, observations, and internal audit reports.
- Coordinate with client teams for collection of required information and clarification of audit observations.
- Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Assist senior team members in planning and executing internal audit assignments.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: B.Com / CA Drop-out.
- Candidates should have a good understanding of accounting and auditing concepts.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Candidate should be sincere, responsible, and willing to work on multiple audit assignments.
Important Eligibility Criteria
Candidates currently pursuing CA (CA Inter / CA Final or any other ongoing CA course) will NOT be considered for this position.
Compensation
₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on qualification, relevant experience, and overall suitability.
