Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced L3 Wintel Administrator / Systems Engineer with strong expertise in Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure infrastructure, and PowerShell automation. The role involves managing complex enterprise environments, handling critical escalations, driving automation, and ensuring secure, stable, and optimized Microsoft-based infrastructure across hybrid cloud setups.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) including replication, GPOs, DNS, Kerberos, and authentication issues
-
Administer Azure Entra ID (Azure AD), including SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and hybrid identity (Azure AD Connect)

Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
-
Manage Azure infrastructure (VMs, VNets, NSGs, backups, monitoring, RBAC, cost optimization)
-
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and system administration
-
Administer Windows Server environments (2016–2022), including DNS, DHCP, DFS, patching, and backups
-
Lead L3 escalations, root cause analysis (RCA), and incident resolution

Create SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation while mentoring L1/L2 teams.
Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Active Directory and Windows Server administration

Hands-on experience with Azure Entra ID and Microsoft 365

Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure services

Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills

Experience in hybrid cloud environments and enterprise identity management

Strong troubleshooting and incident management capabilities
Qualifications:

Experience in Microsoft infrastructure / Wintel environments

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field

Experience in enterprise or managed services environments preferred
