Guarented Rentals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and result-oriented Field Collection Executives to join our collections team. The role involves visiting customers, collecting pending dues, resolving payment-related concerns, and ensuring timely recoveries while maintaining professional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payment processing (vendor payments, reimbursements, refunds)
- Perform bank, invoices, and payment reconciliations with accuracy
- Handle discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
- Maintain financial records and generate payments reports
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and internal policies
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Accounts, Finance, Operations and other Internal teams
- Monitor risks and ensure secure financial transactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in collections, field sales, recovery, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within Bangalore for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
