We are looking for a Sales Executive with prior experience in handling customer conversations, quote preparation, and solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales leads (chat, WhatsApp, email, calls) independently
- Understand client requirements and convert them into clear technical/commercial proposals
- Prepare and share accurate quotes with proper solution mapping
- Recommend suitable hosting / cloud / server / infra solutions
- Follow up and push deals toward closure (not just respond)
- Maintain lead pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with internal tech team for custom requirements
Candidate Requirements
- 6–24 months experience in sales / inside sales / pre-sales
- Prior exposure to IT, SaaS, hosting, cloud, or tech products (preferred)
- Strong communication—especially written (chat/email sales)
- Ability to understand requirements quickly and respond with solutions
- Comfortable working with targets and revenue goals
