A Retail Sales Officer is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance overall store performance.
- Greet and assist customers with product selection
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Promote products, offers, and loyalty programs
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
- Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
- Prepare sales reports and maintain records

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous retail sales experience preferred

- Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays may be required
