Job Summary
D'LIFE Home Interiors is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor (Interior) to oversee the day-to-day execution of residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that site activities are completed on schedule, meet quality standards, and comply with safety requirements while coordinating effectively with clients, contractors, and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior site execution activities as per approved drawings and project schedules.
- Coordinate modular furniture installation, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring, and finishing works.
- Conduct site inspections and verify site readiness before installation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Interior Designers, subcontractors, vendors, and installation teams.
- Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of materials at the site.
- Monitor workmanship and maintain quality standards throughout project execution.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and update project status.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues to avoid project delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Conduct snagging and de-snagging activities before final handover.
- Maintain good client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in residential interior site supervision or fit-out projects.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of residential interior execution and finishing works.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and working drawings.
- Knowledge of site measurements, BOQ, and material verification.
- Good coordination and team management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel between project sites in Chennai.

- Experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, and turnkey residential interior projects.
- Strong attention to quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple project sites efficiently.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
