Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos)
- Plan and maintain content calendars across platforms
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community
- Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance
- Track, analyze, and report key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Creativity with an eye for design and storytelling
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Basic video editing skills
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies
- Experience working with influencers or brand collaborations
