Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender Identification & Tracking
- Monitor government portals (GeM, e-Procurement, e-Tender, CPPP) and private RFP/RFQ channels for upcoming event-related tenders.
- Maintain a tender calendar and track submission deadlines.
- Evaluate tender requirements and eligibility criteria.
2. Documentation & Proposal Preparation
- Collect all necessary documents such as company profiles, registrations, certifications, financial documents, work orders, and client testimonials.
- Prepare technical and financial bid submissions in compliance with tender specifications.
- Assist in drafting event concepts, designs, presentations, BOQs, and cost sheets.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting of all tender documents.
3. Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure all tender submissions follow statutory requirements and company policies.
- Verify documents like GST, MSME, PAN, PF/ESI, balance sheets, and other certifications.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of tender documents.
4. Submission & Follow-Up
- Upload online documents on tender portals or prepare physical submission files.
- Conduct final checking to avoid non-compliance or omissions.
5. Reporting & Database Management
- Maintain a database of past submissions, wins, losses, and tender feedback.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports for management review.
- Update company credentials and tender documentation repository.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of government tender processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-tender portals.
- Good coordination, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
