We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Grade 1 Homeroom Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong classroom management abilities, and a passion for creating an engaging and student-focused learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver interactive and age-appropriate lessons for Grade 1 students
- Manage daily classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment
- Monitor and support students’ academic, emotional, and social development
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and classroom resources
- Maintain student records and provide regular feedback to parents
- Encourage creativity, participation, and confidence among students
- Participate in school events, meetings, and academic planning activities
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong classroom management and student-handling abilities
- Passion for teaching and child development
- Ability to create an engaging and nurturing classroom environment
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
Qualification:
- Graduate / Postgraduate with relevant teaching qualification preferred
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Homeroom Teacher is mandatory
- Experience teaching Primary Grade students preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
