- Respond to support requests using automated phone and chat tools
- Guide callers through policy and mandatory requirements/procedures
- Document and save record of guidance provided
- Collaborate with internal Risk & Brand Protection stakeholders as needed
- Provide backup support for other services provided by the Compliance HelpDesk

Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM IST or 2 PM to 11 PM IST
Qualifications
Required:
- MBA, preferably in Finance
- 2–3 years of overall relevant experience
- Working knowledge of basic financial instruments in the United States and India, including investments, loans, and insurance products
- Experience using technology tools to support requests and document guidance provided
Preferred:
- 2 years of experience in customer support care, preferably in a banking environment
- ServiceNow experience
