We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing & Poster Designing Executive to enhance the school’s online presence and design engaging promotional materials. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating visually appealing posters, and supporting branding and communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing
- Manage and update the school’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to promote admissions, events, and achievements
- Create engaging content (posts, captions, reels, stories)
- Monitor performance metrics and improve engagement
- Maintain and update the school website (if required)
Poster & Creative Design
- Design posters, banners, flyers, and brochures for school events and announcements
- Create digital creatives for social media and WhatsApp communication
- Ensure all designs align with the school’s branding guidelines
- Edit photos and videos for promotional use
Communication & Coordination
- Work closely with management, teachers, and admin staff for content inputs
- Cover school events (photos/videos) for marketing use
- Assist in internal communication materials when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Mass Communication, or related field
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content strategies
- Basic video editing skills (preferred)
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong skills may apply)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
