Job Position :SEM - Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for CPL, ROAS, CPA, and other key KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Develop audience targeting strategies using interest-based, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Generate detailed reports and insights on campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking implementations.
- Expertise in bid management, keyword research, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or B2B marketing campaigns.
