We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Clinical Coordinator cum Marketing Executive to manage daily coordination of clinical operations along with marketing and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth clinic functioning, building professional relationships with hospitals and healthcare partners, conducting field visits, collecting referrals, arranging meetings with HR departments, and handling hospital agreements.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Coordination
- Coordinate daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow between departments
- Support doctors, nursing staff, lab team, and front office for efficient patient care
- Monitor patient appointments, follow-ups, and service quality
- Maintain records, reports, and clinic documentation
- Ensure proper communication between branches and management
- Handle patient feedback and coordinate for issue resolution
Marketing & Business Development
- Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, corporate offices, and healthcare institutions
- Meet with HR departments of companies and organizations for healthcare tie-ups
- Collect patient referrals from hospitals, clinics, and partner institutions
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with referral sources
- Coordinate and execute agreements/MOUs with hospitals and healthcare partners
- Promote clinic services, health packages, and specialty consultations
- Identify new business opportunities for clinic growth
- Support in organizing health camps, awareness programs, and promotional activities
Administrative Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
- Maintain referral tracking and partner follow-up records
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with management and external partners
- Ensure proper documentation of agreements and partnership activities

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in healthcare coordination and marketing preferred
