Job Description
We are looking for a Purchase Executive with 4+ years of experience to join our team at Evolvere Facades Private Limited, Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of purchase processes, PO handling, taxation, vendor coordination, negotiation, and basic product understanding. Experience in the facades sector is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the complete purchase process in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
Prepare, review, and follow up on purchase orders.
Communicate with suppliers for quotations, pricing, delivery timelines, and order status.
Negotiate effectively with vendors to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery.
Maintain proper records of purchase-related documents and correspondence.
Coordinate with accounts and other departments for billing, taxation, and payment-related matters.
Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in Excel.
Manage email communication professionally with vendors and internal teams.
Support procurement activities as per company requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in purchase/procurement.
Basic knowledge of purchase processes and PO management.
Good understanding of taxation.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Product knowledge and vendor coordination skills.
Good working knowledge of Excel.
Professional email communication skills.
Experience in the facades sector is optional, not mandatory.
