This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking, storytelling, product understanding, and communication expertise to shape how our products are positioned, presented, and understood by the market.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly strategic and creative marketer who can become the voice of Ink In Caps' products and solutions.
The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of our products, capabilities, and evolving roadmap, and translate them into compelling narratives that resonate with customers, prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders.
You will own the product storytelling ecosystem: from positioning and messaging to communication assets and go-to-market narratives.
Working closely with leadership, product, sales, and marketing teams, you will ensure that every product communication reflects a clear, differentiated, and consistent story.
This role requires equal parts curiosity, creativity, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Positioning & Messaging:
- Develop a strong understanding of Ink In Caps' products, services, capabilities, and market offerings.
- Create and refine product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions.
- Translate complex product capabilities into simple, compelling, customer-centric narratives.
- Define how products should be communicated across different audiences, industries, and use cases.
- Ensure messaging consistency across all customer-facing and internal communication channels.
Product Communications:
- Serve as the central owner of product communication strategy across the organization.
- Build, maintain, and continuously enhance the master product deck and messaging repository.
- Create compelling presentations, solution overviews, product one-pagers, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
- Partner with leadership and business teams to communicate new product developments, enhancements, and innovations to the market.
- Ensure that every product announcement is aligned with the broader brand and business strategy.
Go-to-Market Support:
- Support the launch and promotion of new products, features, capabilities, and service offerings.
- Collaborate with sales and business teams to create communication assets that drive awareness and engagement.
- Develop messaging tailored to different stages of the customer journey.
- Support proposal, pitch, and business development efforts through compelling storytelling and strategic content.
Brand & Thought Leadership:
- Identify opportunities to position Ink In Caps as an innovative and forward-thinking organization.
- Develop thought leadership content around product innovation, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Work with internal subject matter experts to create high-value content for clients and prospects.
- Strengthen the connection between product narratives and the broader Ink In Caps brand story.
Market & Competitive Intelligence:
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, market conversations, and competitive positioning.
- Identify messaging opportunities that differentiate Ink In Caps in the market.
- Bring market insights into communication strategies and product narratives.
- Continuously evaluate how our products are perceived and recommend improvements to positioning and messaging.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 5 – 8 years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand Communications, Content Strategy, or a related function.
- Experience with SaaS product marketing, product positioning, or go-to-market strategy.
- Strong experience creating executive-level presentations, product decks, and customer-facing communication assets.
- Ability to understand technology products, platforms, or solutions and articulate their business value.
- Experience developing positioning frameworks, value propositions, and messaging strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to product launches, market communications, and sales enablement.
- Experience working within technology, digital, consulting, or innovation-led organizations.
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and value-based marketing.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools, emerging technologies, and evolving digital trends.
