- Donor/Patient Management: Greet donors, verify identification, register new donors, and assist with intake forms in the laboratory information system (LIS).
- Front Desk Administration: Answer phone calls, manage appointments for blood donation, and handle queries about blood eligibility or availability.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate data entry of donor information and maintain strict confidentiality in line with medical protocols.
- Support Services: Direct donors to screening areas, assist staff with labeling, and handle billing/administrative tasks for blood products if required.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate (preferred) or High School Diploma.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, particularly in a hospital, lab, or blood bank setting in Ahmedabad is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication skills (Hindi, Gujarati, Basic English), proficiency in computer applications (MS Office), and professional phone etiquette.
Pay: ₹8,619.57 - ₹13,200.00 per month
