Job Purpose
To deliver high-quality, rigorous mathematics instruction to senior secondary students (Classes XI and XII), preparing them effectively for CBSE board examinations and competitive entrance tests. The role requires fostering a strong analytical foundation, driving holistic academic growth, and maintaining the school's commitment to educational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Academic Delivery: Teach Higher Secondary Mathematics (Calculus, Algebra, Vectors, Three-Dimensional Geometry, Probability, and Trigonometry) in strict accordance with the updated CBSE curriculum and NCERT guidelines.
- Board Preparation: Design and execute strategic preparation plans for Class XII Board Exams, including intensive revision schedules, mock tests, and systematic evaluation of answer scripts.
- Practical & Lab Management: Conduct activities in the school’s Mathematics Laboratory to promote experiential learning and conceptual clarity.
- Competitive Mentorship: Guide students of Science and Commerce streams in developing problem-solving skills relevant to competitive exams (like JEE Main, CUET, etc.).
- Differentiated Learning: Identify academic gaps in students and provide remediation, while simultaneously offering enrichment activities for high achievers.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate student performance records, participate in internal school committees, invigilation duties, and actively engage in parent-teacher meetings.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Academic: Master’s Degree (M.Sc. / M.A.) in Mathematics or Applied Mathematics from a recognized university.
- Professional: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from an NCTE-approved institution.
- Experience: A minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience teaching senior secondary classes (XI–XII) in a CBSE-affiliated school. (FRESHERS CAN ALSO APPLY)
- Skills: Exceptional command over the subject material, fluency in English, proficiency in operating classrooms and strong classroom management skills.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
