We are looking for a motivated Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of electrical systems, solar power projects, and site execution. The candidate will be responsible for planning, installation support, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, review, and prepare electrical layouts and single-line diagrams (SLDs).
- Assist in the execution of solar PV and electrical projects.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare technical reports.
- Supervise installation and commissioning activities.
- Ensure projects comply with electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients during project execution.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare project documentation, BOQs, material estimates, and progress reports.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and quality control activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in electrical or solar projects.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems.
- Experience in project execution and site management.
- Knowledge of electrical standards and safety practices.
