About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Audit & Accounts Assistant who has a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Chartered Accountant firm. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of a CA practice and be capable of independently handling a wide range of professional assignments.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Chartered Accountant firm (Mandatory)
- Practical knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit, and statutory compliances
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
The candidate should be comfortable handling most of the work typically carried out in a Chartered Accountant firm, including:
- Bookkeeping and accounting in Tally Prime
- GST registration, return filing, reconciliations, and compliance
- Income Tax Return preparation and filing
- TDS computation, return filing, and related compliances
- ROC/MCA compliances for Companies and LLPs
- Bank, statutory, tax, and internal audit assignments
- Preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules
- Client coordination and document collection
- Handling government portal filings and registrations
- Preparing reports, working papers, and compliance documentation
- Assisting the Chartered Accountant in all professional assignments as required
Work Environment
- Office-based role at our Palghar office.
- Work From Home facility may be provided during genuine emergencies, subject to work requirements and management approval.
- The candidate should be flexible and willing to undertake all types of professional work generally handled in a Chartered Accountant firm.
What We Offer
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
