Job Summary
Rupitol Finance Private Limited is looking for motivated and detail-oriented CA Freshers or CA Dropout (2–4 Attempts) candidates to join our Internal Audit team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting, auditing, financial reporting, and compliance, along with a willingness to travel and build a career in the NBFC sector.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct internal audits across branch offices and Head Office operations.
Review financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Identify operational risks, control weaknesses, and process gaps.
Prepare audit reports with practical recommendations.
Coordinate with different departments for timely closure of audit observations.
Support continuous process improvement and compliance initiatives.
Eligibility
CA Fresher or CA Dropout (2–4 Attempts).
Strong knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, Financial Reporting, and Compliance.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for branch audits.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the NBFC industry.
