As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages in accordance with our brand recipes and specifications. You will engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an inviting and energetic bar environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or taproom preferred.
- Solid knowledge of craft beers, cocktails, spirits, and beer cocktails.
- Ability to follow standardized recipes precisely and consistently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a guest-focused attitude.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
