Job Summary
The Physiotherapist is responsible for assessing, planning, and providing physiotherapy treatment to patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support rehabilitation while ensuring quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide physiotherapy treatment using evidence-based techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety protocols.
Qualification
- BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) from a recognized institution.
- MPT is preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of hospital or clinical experience.
Skills
- Good clinical and assessment skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork, documentation, and patient-centered approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
