Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Professional to expand our ERP and IT software sales.This role is based in Vadodara for candidates who can build strong client relationships and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via calls, LinkedIn, emails, and networking.
- Generate leads and close deals for SaaS based ERP with mobile app solutions.
- Conduct meetings and follow-ups with clients (online/offline).
- Prepare customized proposals and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Maintain CRM records.
- Collaborate closely with the technical and marketing teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum +1 year of proven B2B IT Sales experience (ERP, SaaS, or software preferred).
- Excellent English & Hindi communication skills.
- Great convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Confident in calling and client follow-ups.
- Good understanding of CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and proposal making.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and based in or near Vadodara.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidates from Vadodara or nearby areas are strongly preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given priority.
- Candidate from IT Sales will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,954.34 - ₹55,000.00 per month
