We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist – Hospitality with experience in recruiting for hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and operational departments including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Culinary, Sales, Engineering, and Corporate functions. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, talent pipeline management, and onboarding while ensuring quality hiring aligned with operational and service excellence standards. The candidate should possess excellent communication, networking, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills along with 3–8 years of hospitality recruitment experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
