Position: Customer Service Executive – Blended Process
Location: Pune
Salary: Up to ₹38,000 In-Hand
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week
- Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
- Transport Facility: Company Provided

Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through Voice, Chat, and Email channels.
Provide prompt and professional customer support.
Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction and accurate documentation of interactions.
Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Minimum 1 Year of On-Paper Experience in Customer Service / BPO / Contact Center
✅ Excellent Communication Skills in English
✅ Comfortable working in Rotational Shifts
✅ Customer-Centric Approach and Problem-Solving Skills
✅ Immediate Joiners Preferred
