We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Recruiter .
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage candidate follow-ups and offer rollouts
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Achieve hiring targets and ensure timely closures
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
