Role description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer with 6+ years of hands-on expertise in building, automating, and managing cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Argo CD, with a focus on delivering scalable and reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- Deploy, manage, and scale applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Implement GitOps practices using Argo CD for continuous delivery
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release cycles
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
- Maintain security, compliance, and governance standards across environments
- Optimize infrastructure cost and performance in Azure
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
- Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Experience with Argo CD and GitOps methodologies
- Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)
Good understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles
