Job Title: R&D Chemist Perfume Manufacturing

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and innovative professional to join our R&D in perfume manufacturing. The role is responsible for developing fragrance formulations and driving product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and formulate perfumes, body mists, and fragrance products
Knowledge in application of Oils/Fragrances in various product application.
Work with aroma chemicals, essential oils, and fragrance blends
Conduct stability, compatibility, and performance testing
Modify and improve existing formulations based on market needs
Maintain formulation records and documentation
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (IFRA, safety guidelines)
Coordinate with production and quality teams for scale-up
Additional Responsibilities
Lead and manage R&D and lab operations
Drive innovation and new product development strategies
Handle client requirements and product customisation
Ensure timely execution of projects and product launches
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Marketing)
Required Qualifications:
Experience in fragrance, cosmetics, or FMCG industry preferred
Skills Required:
Knowledge of fragrance formulation and raw materials
Creativity and scent profiling ability
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good documentation and communication skills
Preferred:
Experience with regulatory standards (IFRA, MSDS, etc.)
Prior experience in perfume or cosmetic manufacturing
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
