Sales Manager – Inside Sales (EMR Software)
Location: Remote
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working: One Saturday working in a month (2nd Saturday)
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager – Inside Sales for EMR Software sales. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in software sales, lead generation, international inside sales, and managing the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify business opportunities from international markets
- Handle end-to-end software sales lifecycle
- Build and manage sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Facebook, Quora, ZoomInfo, CRM platforms, etc.
- Present software solutions and prepare sales proposals
- Upsell services to existing customers and acquire new clients
- Handle and guide a team of inside sales executives
- Maintain sales forecasts and business reports
- Execute territory coverage and business development plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of software sales experience
- Experience in ERP/EMR/Hospital Software/HRMS/Supply Chain software sales preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience in international inside sales or telecalling
- Must have experience handling sales targets and software sales lifecycle
- Laptop mandatory
