We are seeking proactive and customer-centric Customer Care Executives to join our growing team. The role involves managing customer interactions, ensuring timely resolution of queries, and delivering a seamless customer experience. Candidates with a science background and prior exposure to tele calling or customer support will be well suited for this position.
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications professionally
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests effectively
Provide accurate and consistent information regarding products and services
Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records using internal systems
Adhere to process guidelines, quality benchmarks, and service standards
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture / Botany / Bio-Science

1 to 1.5 years of experience in tele calling, customer care, or a similar role

Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and Bengali (mandatory)

Working knowledge of computers and CRM tools
