Job Summary
The Social Media Assistant supports the marketing team by maintaining the daily operations of all social media channels. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong communication skills who stays up-to-date with emerging digital trends and algorithms.
Core Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Draft engaging captions, take photos, film short videos, and design basic graphics using tools like Canva.
- Scheduling & Publishing: Maintain the structured monthly content calendar and schedule posts across platforms like Instagram,LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Community Engagement: Monitor active accounts, respond to direct messages (DMs), reply to comments, and moderate user-generated content.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track basic KPIs like reach, engagement rates, and follower growth using platform analytical tools.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or managing personal brand accounts.
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with the unique formats and user behaviors on Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Technical Skills: Basic video editing skills (for Reels/Shorts), introductory graphic design sense, and experience with scheduling tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent copywriting abilities, a keen eye for visual aesthetics, strong time management, and adaptability.
- Trend Monitoring: Research trending hashtags, audio tracks, and formats to pitch fresh ideas during team brainstorming sessions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
