Education: MBA (marketing)
Experience: 1–2 year required (Freshers also Apply)
Required Skills:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Confident and positive attitude
- Willingness to travel (if field sales role)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, and field visits
- Meet potential clients and explain product/service details
- Follow up with customers and maintain relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Share quotations with customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
- Maintain customer data and sales reports
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions
