As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to design, code, and enhance various components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Insurance Policy Management (FS-PM).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools and practices.
Design, build, and configure applications to meet defined business processes and application requirements.
Drive automation and innovation by leveraging prior experience and aligning solutions with industry best practices and targets.
Review and assess existing processes, understand the target system landscape, track progress against the plan, and proactively challenge the plan where critical elements are missing.
Manage and configure SAP FS-PM components, including PMG, IFBC, TMF, Correspondence, BTx/BTS customizing, insured objects, master policies, and co-insurance templates.
Design and implement integration between SAP FS-PM and downstream systems.
Develop and enhance solutions using SAP ABAP, with strong expertise in OO ABAP, ABAP on Hana, Enhancement Framework, PBT, IFBC, PMG, and ADT (Eclipse).
Possess functional knowledge of core insurance processes, including product management and underwriting.
Ensure efficient policy and contract management, compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuous optimization of operational efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Insurance Policy Management (FS-PM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
