About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. As a fresher, you'll learn and apply on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, drive traffic, and boost sales for our e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for product, category.
Optimize product listings, meta titles, meta descriptions, and URLs for search engines
Assist in on-page SEO improvements (internal linking, image alt tags, content structuring)
Support off-page SEO activities like guest posting outreach & Social Media Posting
Track keyword rankings and prepare basic SEO performance reports
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and e-commerce SEO trends
Coordinate with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly content creation
Perform competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities
Assist in technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors, sitemaps)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field
Basic understanding of SEO concepts (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner
Strong analytical and research skills
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
Preferred (Good to Have)
Any SEO certification (Google, HubSpot, Academy, etc.)
Internship experience in digital marketing or SEO
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)
