- Electrical Systems: High-level troubleshooting of HT/LT panels, Transformers, DG sets, and UPS systems to guarantee 100% power uptime for ventilators and OT equipment.
- Medical Gas Plant: Monitoring and maintaining the Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS), including oxygen, nitrous oxide, and vacuum systems, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
- HVAC / AC Maintenance: Managing chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), and ventilation systems to maintain precise temperature and sterile air quality in operating theatres and labs.
- Plumbing & Sanitary: Repairing high-pressure water lines, drainage systems, RO plants, and geysers, as well as fixing leakages that could lead to infection control risks.
- Leadership & Documentation: Supervising junior technicians, managing maintenance logs for compliance audits (like NABH/JCI), and coordinating with external vendors for specialized equipment.
Education: ITI or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
Experience: Usually 5–10+ years of hands-on experience, with a specific requirement for prior work in a hospital or large-scale commercial facility.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
