Qualification | B tech Experience (in years) | 10 Job Description | 8–10 years Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master cum Technical PMO with 10+ years of experience in Agile project delivery, program governance, and technical project management. The ideal candidate will lead Agile teams, drive delivery excellence, manage project governance, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications, while ensuring the successful execution of complex technology programs aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies across multiple Scrum teams. Drive end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery. Manage program governance, project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations. Monitor sprint metrics, team velocity, release plans, and delivery KPIs. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery. Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and governance updates for leadership. Support resource planning, capacity management, budgeting, and forecasting. Coach teams on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with organizational delivery standards and PMO processes. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve blockers and drive timely decision-making.
