Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Engineer to be deployed at our client's site in Akurdi, Pune & Waluj, Sambhaji Nagar. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical and functional support to users, coordinating issue resolution, conducting user training, and ensuring smooth operation of software applications at the customer location.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite customer support for software applications and related processes.
- Coordinate with client teams to understand issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Perform troubleshooting, issue tracking, and escalation when required.
- Conduct user training and assist in software adoption.
- Support system implementation, testing, and user acceptance activities.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Prepare support reports and communicate updates to internal teams.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in customer support, service engineering, application support, or related roles.
- Good understanding of manufacturing or industrial operations will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of software applications, troubleshooting, and customer handling.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, Marathi
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basis computer applications.
Preferred
- Residing in or willing to commute to Pune in (PCMC, Akurdi, Nigdi, Chinchwad, Pimpri, or nearby locations) & Sambhaji Nagar in (Waluj or nearby areas).
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
