Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, alert, and disciplined Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our factory premises, employees, visitors, vehicles, materials, and company property.
The candidate should be physically fit, observant, punctual, and capable of handling security-related situations calmly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure the factory premises throughout the assigned shift.
- Control and monitor the entry and exit of employees, visitors, suppliers, contractors, and vehicles.
- Maintain proper records of visitors, vehicles, and material movement.
- Check incoming and outgoing vehicles and materials as per company procedures.
- Verify delivery documents, gate passes, invoices, and other relevant documents when required.
- Ensure that no unauthorized person enters the factory premises.
- Monitor employees leaving the premises with company materials or equipment.
- Conduct regular rounds of the factory premises and check for any suspicious activity.
- Monitor security cameras, gates, storage areas, parking areas, and other critical locations where applicable.
- Immediately report theft, damage, fire, safety issues, unauthorized activities, or other incidents to management.
- Ensure factory gates are properly controlled and secured during the shift.
- Assist in maintaining discipline and proper movement of people within the factory premises.
- Support management during emergencies, fire incidents, accidents, or other unforeseen situations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the security/gate area.
- Follow all company security policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company operations and information.
- Perform any other security-related duties assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a factory, warehouse, manufacturing unit, or commercial establishment.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Physically fit and capable of standing/walking for extended periods.
- Honest, responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts if required.
- Basic ability to read and write and maintain security registers.
- Ability to communicate respectfully with employees, visitors, drivers, and management.
- Experience in handling vehicle and material entry/exit procedures will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in:
- Factory or manufacturing security
- Warehouse security
- Vehicle and gate management
- Visitor management
- Material checking
- CCTV monitoring
- Emergency/security incident handling
will be preferred.

Reporting
The Security Guard will report to the Factory Manager / Management.
Salary
Salary will be based on experience and suitability.
