Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer who can lead projects end-to-end — from client interaction and concept development to execution coordination. This role requires both strong design sense and practical site understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior design projects from concept to final execution
- Understand client requirements and translate them into design concepts
- Create layouts, mood boards, and presentation decks
- Develop detailed drawings (2D + basic 3D coordination)
- Coordinate with civil engineers, site teams, and vendors
- Ensure design intent is executed correctly on-site
- Handle client presentations, revisions, and approvals
- Manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
Required Skills
- Strong design sense with practical execution knowledge
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Knowledge of SketchUp / 3Ds Max / other 3D tools
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture design
- Client handling & presentation skills
- Site coordination and problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail and ownership mindset
Experience & Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in residential/commercial interiors
Salary
- ₹50,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month (based on experience & capability)
