Job Title: Data Entry OperatorKey Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately into software systems, spreadsheets, and databases
- Verify and correct data discrepancies
- Maintain employee, patient, or financial records as required
- Prepare reports as instructed by the department
- Ensure data confidentiality and security
- Scan and file documents digitally
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection
- Update records regularly and maintain proper documentation
- Maintain backup of important data and records
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma (Computer knowledge mandatory)
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
Technical Skills Required
- MS Excel (Basic to Intermediate)
- MS Word
- Google Sheets
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
