Clair is a fast-growing lighting manufacturing company with a strong focus on innovation, quality, and brand excellence. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Content & Design Executive who can help build our brand presence across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation
- Visit our Noida factory to capture photos and videos of products, manufacturing processes, testing, R&D activities, and team events.
- Create a content bank for social media, website, PR, and marketing campaigns.
- Capture content during exhibitions, dealer meets, customer visits, and company events.
Design & Marketing Collateral
Design and update:
- Product brochures and catalogues
- Flyers and pamphlets
- Product datasheets
- Sales presentations
- Exhibition creatives
- Standees, posters, and banners
- WhatsApp and email creatives
- Packaging adaptations for new products
Video Editing
- Create reels, short videos, product videos, event highlights, and factory walkthroughs.
- Edit content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and website use.
Marketing Support
- Support product launches and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with external agencies by providing content and creative assets.
- Assist with website banners and digital marketing creatives.
Skills Required
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Premiere Pro / CapCut
- Photography & Videography
- Strong design sense and attention to detail
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Content Creation, or Marketing.
- Comfortable travelling between Gurugram and Noida.
- Self-driven, creative, and execution-oriented.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with manufacturing, industrial, electrical, or B2B brands will be an added advantage.
