You are responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Supervise day-to-day workflow, train new hires, and provide ongoing performance feedback to team members.
- Operational Execution: Execute daily business strategies, manage scheduling, handle inventory levels, and ensure workplace safety standards are met.
- Customer Satisfaction: Resolve escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a welcoming environment and adherence to brand standards.
- Administrative & Financial Support: Monitor sales and spending patterns, report key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management, and assist with budget management.
- Ledger: Follow-up and execute pending invoices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Typically 1 to 3 years of supervisory, team leadership, or industry-specific experience.
- Leadership: Strong conflict resolution, decision-making, and team-building capabilities.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively relay goals between staff and management.
- Technical: Proficiency in business management software, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
