Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Chennai. As a Field Services Engineer, you will be responsible for performing field service activities such as troubleshooting, technical support, and preventive maintenance for our electronic security products. You will also provide excellent customer service and ensure the smooth operation of security systems.
Qualifications
- Field Service, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support skills
- Experience in performing preventive maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the electronic security industry is a plus
- Degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
