Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Inquiry Generation
Customers visit to generate inquiries for:
- Pharmaceutical machinery
- Machine upgradation and retrofitting solutions
- Duct cleaning systems
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Pharmaceutical, API, Healthcare, and related industries.
2. Customer Engagement & Technical Selling
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and machinery demonstrations.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to provide customized solutions.
3. Techno-Commercial Negotiation
- Manage techno-commercial discussions with customers.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contract conditions.
- Ensure profitable deal closures while maintaining customer satisfaction.
4. WIP (Work-in-Progress) & Key Account Management
- Manage Pan India customers for ongoing projects and machinery orders.
- Coordinate internally with engineering, production, and project teams for execution updates.
- Act as the primary customer contact during project execution.
- Ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction throughout project completion.
Experience
2 to 6 years of experience in:
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of Pharma machinery.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Pan India.
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
